Body Mind Balancing

The Body is the Soul,and the Soul the invisible Body.
The body and soul are not divided anywhere,they are part of each other,parts of one whole.
You have to accept the body,love the body,respect the body,you have to be grateful to your body.
The body is the most marvellous mechanism of existence.
And blessed are those who marvel.

Begin the feeling of wonder with your own body,because that is closest to you.
The closest nature has approached you,the closest existence has come to you.
In your body is the water of the oceans,in your body is the fire of the sun and the stars,in your body is the air,your body is made of earth.
Look at the earth and then look at your body.Dust has become Divine.
Out of the mud arises the lotus......out of dust has arisen our beautiful body.
Listen to your body.Follow your body.If you go deep into the body you will find the soul.It is hidden in the depths of the body.

All problems have two edges to them.They can be tackled through the body and through the mind.They have to be tackled from both sides at the same time,attack it from both perspectives.
First place to start with is the body as it is the portal to the mind - the porch and inspire the mind to drop all the loads that keep it down.
The body and mind - soma and psyche - both are to connected to a transcendental soul.

Make it your duty to be happy.Make it a religion to be happy.
If you are not happy then whatsoever you are doing,something must be wrong and some drastic change is needed.Let happiness decide.

So always look at what happens when you do something,if you become peaceful or restful at home,relaxed it is right.This is the criterion for you.
Although what is right for you may not be right for somebody else.
There is no universal law about it.
Every individual has to work it out for his/herself.
What brings you happiness ???
Learn the art and you can change poison into nectar.
Learn to flow with existence,dont fight with your body or nature or anything and you will be at peace,at home,calm and connected.
This will make you more alert,more awake,more conscious,which finally leads to the ocean of ultimate liberation from stress,anxiety or depression.
Blissfulness is not something to be achieved
It is already there,we are born with it.
We have not lost it,we have simply gone away from it,keeping our backs to ourselves.
A small turn will lead to a great revolution,an experience of divine enlightenment.

Ordinarily the mind is always conscious of pain,never conscious of bliss.
Stop counting the thorns and start looking at the flowers.
Feel conscious of pleasure,joy and bliss.
That has to be learnt,that has to be worked out.That is an art.
Be aware of the many moments of joy that pass by.
Transform your mind
Change the thoughts of nightmares........let them pass like the flying clouds
Replace them with beautiful dreams......poetic visions.......they are also there
Start this,this very moment......and then moment to moment change your life into celebration,gratitude and bliss.
